About Me

Hello! I’m Colleen, and thank you so much for stopping by my blog.

I am a 20 year old (gluten intolerant) dancer who lives in NY.  I am also a mental health/body-positivity/self-love advocate.

I am an undergraduate college student studying Psychology and plan on going to graduate school for Mental Health Counseling to become a therapist who specializes in eating disorders. I aspire to start an eating disorder treatment program for dancers.

I am on a journey to love, accept, and embrace both my body and mind, and I hope to inspire others to do the same!
